eVM Registered User Support

What is it?

Registered User support includes:

  • Access to the Users’ Forum.
  • Software patches
  • Additional support may be negotiated for a fee. Contact sales@tenasys.com or your sales contact to initiate discussions.

How do I get it?

To subscribe to Registered User support, you need to register or login, if you have already registered and entered the Activation Code provided with the purchase of the eVM for Windows into the "Activation Code" field.

  • Your application with be processed within one ("US") business day.
  • The Activation Code should have been sent to you in an e-mail sent to your e-mail address confirming the purchase of the product. Please e-mail sales@tenasys.com if you have difficulty in retrieving your order number.
  • On-going registered user support is provided at no extra charge with your purchase of eVM for Windows, until a new revision of the product is released. At that time you will be asked if you want to update your product. If you decline, you continue to receive access to existing support information but will not have access to support information on the new product.

eVM Forum

The TenAsys user Forum is accessible to all eVM for Windows customers. It is the first place to look for answers to your technical questions. It is designed to allow users to share solutions for eVM, including system-level discussions beyond the scope of the eVM for Windows product. For instance, challenges or techniques in setting up a guest OS to obtain optimum performance.

Questions related to eVM for Windows will be answered by a TenAsys moderator when necessary.
