INtime and iRMX Registered User Support

What is it?

Registered User support includes:

  • Access to Software patches and upgrades for INtime RTOS, INtime for Windows, iRMX RTOS and iRMX for Windows.
  • Engineering support where applicable.
  • Additional support may be negotiated for a fee. Contact sales@tenasys.com or your sales contact to initiate discussions.

How do I get it?

To subscribe to Registered User support you need to register or login if you have already registered to the Knowledge Base and enter the USB key number (printed on the side of the key) supplied with the Software Development Kit (SDK) in the "Key No:" field.

  • Your application with be processed within one ("US") business day.
  • Users that work in networked environments with a networked key need only to enter the company name and division they work for.
  • You get one (1) year of support as part of the purchase of an INtime or INtime for Windows SDK. At the end of that year you will be asked if you want to renew your support subscription. If you decline, you will revert to the Knowledge Base support level.
  • Unsubscribed users may re-subscribe with the purchase of a current subscription plus the omitted subscription fee(s). Contact sales@tenasys.com.
