TenAsys Real-time Hypervisor

TenAsys Corporation has been a supplier of real-time virtual machine solutions and technology for nearly twenty years: from DOS RMX in 1990, to iRMX for Windows in 1992, INtime for Windows in 1997, and the eVM Virtualization Platform for Windows in 2008.

The eVM for Windows platform represents TenAsys' first generation of HaRTH, our "real-time hypervisor" technology that utilizes Intel® Virtualization Technology (Intel VT) to provide a virtual machine platform tuned to the unique timing needs of real-time operating systems.

Learn more about the TenAsys HaRTH model by downloading the TenAsys "Real-Time Hypervisor Backgrounder" in PDF format or by watching a one hour "on-demand" webinar presented by TenAsys and Intel detailing the workings of Intel VT and how TenAsys is applying this exciting processor technology to deliver real-time hypervisor technology that addresses the unique requirements of real-time multi-core embedded systems.

Don't forget to watch our flash presentation illustrating TenAsys HaRTH technology and how it can benefit your existing and future real-time applications.

What is Intel Virtualization Technology?

INtime Real-time for Windows TenAsys HaRTH technology takes advantage of Intel Virtualization Technology (Intel VT) to enhance real-time application responsiveness and reliability in a multi-OS environment; improving control over interrupt latency and partitioning I/O resources between multiple guest operating systems.

Intel VT refers to features of the latest Intel Architecture processors that improve the processor's ability to run multiple operating systems and applications in independent virtual machines. Using virtualization technology, one computer system can appear to be the equivalent of multiple systems by virtue of "virtual machine manager" or "hypervisor" software.
